Log In to the Service

Use the Login to LiveVault page to perform the following tasks:

To log in, your company must already have subscribed to LiveVault, and you must have been added as a user for the company account. If you were added as a user, you should have received a password.

Need a Password?

If your company has subscribed to LiveVault but you have not received a password, ask your administrator or the person who requested the subscription to create a user account for you.

If your company has not subscribed to LiveVault, use the contact information located below the Login page to subscribe to the service.

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your LiveVault Web Portal password, you must request a new password. You can do this in two ways:

Field and Button Descriptions

Field/Button Description
Login Name Type your assigned login name.
Password Type your password. This is the password supplied by LiveVault, or the password that you provided on the Change Password form during an earlier session.

The password is case-sensitive.

Forgot your Login Name/Password? Click to open the Forgot your password? page to request assistance with your password if you have forgotten it or for other log in issues.
Remember My Login Name If you select this option, the next time you open the Loginpage, your login name will be in the Login Name box.
Keep Me Logged in until I Log Out If you select this option, if you log in to LiveVault Web Portal and take no action, you will stay logged in until you log out or close the browser window. If you do not select this option, you must log in again after a period of inactivity.
Login Click to log in to LiveVault Web Portal so you can start using LiveVault.

Locked Out of LiveVault Web Portal?

You can be locked out of LiveVault Web Portal for several reasons. The action you must take to log in again depends on the cause.

If you are locked out because... You need to...
Another user has disabled your user account. Request that another user enable your account.
You failed to successfully log in a certain number of times in a row within a five minute period (and your company uses the Disable a user after n failed login attempts password policy option). Request that another user enable your account. If you have forgotten your password, request a new password.
